Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga will energise and challenge you. Discover your flow, all while floating on a stand up paddle board on the crystal clear waters of Lake Wanaka.

Our qualified yoga instructor will guide your practice, and the board will quickly engage your core, bringing a whole new dimension to your yoga experience. Centring yourself in the morning quiet of a mountain lake will be an experience like no other.

SUP Yoga is a fantastic mind/body fitness trend that has taken the world by storm. Our professional yoga instructors will help you to create balance in your body through strength and flexibility.

Our classes include a diverse range of poses, all whilst floating on water in our beautiful outdoor environment, on your personal flotation device. There is an anchor to keep the boards in place as you generating mindfulness and connect with stunning surroundings.

Yoga on water really adds another dimension to firing up those core muscles!

SUP YOGA INFO

Allow: 1 hour
Bring: Clothing with a good range of motion that you don’t mind getting wet.
Includes: Stand Up Paddle Boards and all safety equipment. Yoga instruction.

FULL ITINERARY

The SUP Yoga class begins right when you arrive at our beach front location. You’ll meet your instructor, and she will take you through a bit of paperwork, as well as chat with you about your experience both with yoga and with stand up paddle boarding.

Then you’ll get a board and an anchor (so you don’t drift away during your session!), and head onto the water with your instructor. Beginning gradually, the challenge will build as the class goes along, allowing you to push yourself as far as you would like to go.

Every session ends with a quiet moment lying on your back on the board, listening to the sounds of the mountains and feeling the gentle rock of the lake beneath you.

PRICING

Per Person: $35

Cancellation: Customers may cancel or rebook without penalty up to 24 hours prior to class start. Cancellations or no-shows after this time will be charged full price.
